How to Disclaim APHIS

APHIS can be disclaimed only if HTSUS is flagged as AQ1.

To disclaim please follow the next steps:

  1. On Cargo screen click on button PGA

  2. Click on “YES” to disclaim

     

  3. Fields needed to disclaim are:

    1. Agency (APH)

    2. A. Program

    3. Disclaimer

  4. Click on Return

  5. To confirm that PGA line was added, the PGA button should now look like this

     

A. Program varies from tariff to tariff. You can find the corresponding program to your tariff by visiting this table HTS Code Flags APHIS Products Requiring Message Set Just look for your HTS and check the last column APHIS Operational Program.

PPQ = APQ
