KB-ES Remove/delete (reschedule) an entry from statement

Once ACE accepts the Entry Summary transmission the control status remains in Trade control and the filer can delete the Entry Summary record, remove the Entry Summary from a daily statement or reschedule the Entry Summary on a future daily statement.

Instructions

To reschedule an Entry Summary on a future daily statement or remove it from current statement:

1. Go to Entry Dashboard, and open the entry summary

   Open

   

2. Update the  "Statement on" date

   Open

   

3. Click Save & Close button and make sure the date change is on log

4. Click the "Transmit" button

5. Select "Delete/Update on Statement (ACE)" option on the Transmission Type.

6.Click "Transmit" button. 

Once the entry is removed from one statement, please make sure to follow the next steps in order to transmit new summary values (if necessary):

1. Select the entry

2. Open Entry Summary button.

3. Change Action to "Replace Entry"

4. Click Save and Close button.

1. Click Transmit button.

2. Select "Entry Summary (ACE)" on Transmission Type

3. Click Transmit button.

4. Make sure to receive a data accepted message on the log.
