Find below the purpose of each Key Performance Indicator.
How to retrieve Key Performance Indicators from IMEXNet?
Go to option Reports - Indicators
Click NO, then click YES.
Filter by date than click load.
Each tab has a type of filter or display options represented by the boxes indicated in the image.
These boxes can be moved around to find the preferred display for the user to retrieve the info as wished.
Drag to orange area the Boxes that you don’t need/want to be shown.
Drag to purple area 1,Boxes to be shown on purple area 2.
Drag to blue area boxes to be shown as data on left side.
Example 1:
Drag InvoiceNo Box to area below to add it as a column where results are displayed.
Example 2:
Drag Importer Box to the area above in order for importer to not be displayed.

Documents By User
Shows how many documents are created by user per month. Documents as Entries, ISF, Bill of Lading, Inbonds, etc.
Documents Avg Times
Shows a total of how long it takes from when the record is open to when it is transmitted by user per month. ISF’s show 0 because they do not get transmitted.
Entries Certified
Shows how many entries are certified by user per month. It can be displayed by Importer and shows percentage.
HTS Lines
Shows how many times was the HTS used per month. It can be desplayed by Importer.
AVG Traffic
Shows how long it takes from when the Traffic is created to when it is invoiced. It can be displayed by importer.
Entry Lines
Shows how many lines each entry has. It can be displayed by Importer.
