How to Query Multiple HTS from XLS File

 Instructions

1. Prepare the Excel file with 2 columns.

   1. Column A for all the HTS codes you wish to query.

   2. Column B for description, or any other data (this column needs to contain data, but will not be taken into consideration by the system).

2. From the option Load Product File, make the following selections:

   1. Customer: Select any customer (this will not affect any product catalogs)

   2. Product: Write the number 2

   3. HTS: Write the number 1

   4. Activate the indicator “Only”

   5. Query HTS: Select ““YES”

3. Go to Transmission Log to review the responses from the queries.
