TS-EC 401 Invalid Conveyance ACE ID

 Problem

Your e-manifest gets rejected with error code 401 Inv Con ACE ID.

 Solution

There is more than one possible solution to this error.

1. Double check conveyance’s VIN number

   1. It must be 17 digits length, avoid typos, blank spaces, and invalid characters.

2. Confirm shipper and consignee addresses

   1. It must be a real and complete address

      1. Format for Mexico’s address: Street name, house number, locality (colonia), zip code, city, state and country. E.g. Maclovio Herrera 3709, Col. Centro 88209, Nuevo Laredo, Tamps.

      2. Format for USA address: House number, street name, city, state, zip code, and country. E.g. 7210 McPherson Rd, Laredo, TX 78041

3. After going through steps 1 and 2, you can save changes (if any) and transmit your e-manifest again.
