How to cancel a PTT (214 - FTZ)

 Problem

Permit to transfer (PTT) was transmitted and accepted, but now you need to cancel it.

 Solution

Follow these steps to cancel a PTT:

1. Click on button “Transmit 2”

2. Set action to “2 - Bill of Lading Action”

3. Set ID Qualifier to “K - Permit to Transfer (cancel)”

4. ID: add the bill of lading number

5. PTT PID: add the Permit-to-Transfer ID.

   1. In the transmission log, search for the PTT authorized notification and get the Permit-to-Transfer ID. It should look like this:

      1. Open

         

6. Add an admission number only if non-direct.

7. Click on “Transmit”
