Glossary of terms
In case of doubt regarding the information that each field should have, you can look for it in this article to resolve that doubt.
The * next to each field refers to the fact that that field must contain information, it cannot be left empty.
Add Trip: the information of a new trip is recorded on this screen.

Reference | You can add a reference to this trip |
*SCAC | Standard Carrier Alpha Code. |
*Arrival Date | Date the trip arrives at its destination |
*Arrival Port | Port to which the trip will arrive |
*Conveyance | Conveyance that will cross with this trip. It can be selected from the drop-down list |
Add Conveyance (it is used when a new conveyance needs to be recorded) | |
*Economic Number | Registration designated to the mobile unit, usually located at the door of the trucks. |
*Conveyance Type | Whether the unit is a tractor, van, pickup truck or other type. |
*VIN | Vehicle Identification Number or Chassis Number-Consists of 17 digits |
Transponder Number | Number assigned by DTOPS. It is a sticker that is pasted on the truck. |
Add Plates (the plate information is recorded in this area) | |
*Plate | Conveyance plate number |
*State | State where the plate was issued |
*Country | Country where the plate was issued |

*Driver | Name of the person driving the unit |
Add Driver (in this screen a new driver can be recorded) | |
*First Name | Driver's first name |
Fast | Check to indicate if the driver is incorporated into the government Fast program |
Middle Name | Driver's middle name |
*Last Name | Driver’s Last Name |
*Gender | Driver gender, male / female |
*Citizenship | Driver's country of origin |
Haz Mat License | In case hazardous material is being transported, it must have a Haz Mat License, the license ID is recorded |
*Date of Birth | Must be recorded in Month, Day, Year format |
Proximity Card | Certification given to the driver when assigned to a program called Fast |
*Driver License | Driver's license registration number |
*License State | State where the driver's license was issued |
*License Country | Country where the driver's license was issued |
*VISA | The operator's VISA number is located on the back of the document. This field can be left empty as long as you add another type of Document for crossing in the Add Document section. |
Add Documents (in this area it is possible to add a document related to the operator) | |
*Document Type | A type of document that is displayed in the list is selected according to the document in case of not having a visa |
*Document Number | Identifying number of the document to be used |
*State | State in which the document was issued |
*Country | Country in which the document was issued |

Pickup Location | In this area the place of departure is selected |
Add Pickup Location (in this area a new pickup location can be recorded) | |
*Location Name | Aliases of the place where the unit starts |
*Address | The address where the unit departs from is recorded |
Address Continuation | It refers to the continuation of the address, this in case the registration of the address is very large |
*City | City where the unit departs |
*Zip Code | Zip code from where the unit departs |
*State | State where the unit departs |
*Country | Country where the unit departs |

*Delivery Location | In this area you select the place of delivery |
Add Delivery Location (in this area a new delivery location can be recorded) | |
*Location Name | Aliases of the place where the unit is going to arrive |
*Address | The address where the unit is going to arrive is recorded |
Address Continuation | It refers to the continuation of the address, this in case the registration of the address is very large |
*City | City where the unit will arrive |
*Zip Code | Zip Code from where the unit will arrive |
*State | State where the unit will arrive |
*Country | Country where the unit will arrive |

*Customer Name | Enter the customer's name |

Add Equipment (It is used in case the trip brings more than one equipment) | |
Equipment Number | Type the equipment number |
IIT | International traffic instrument. Refers to a type of rack-style equipment, for example a team that moves cars |
Trailer Type | Select the corresponding trailer type |
Seal | It is an id that the client assigns to the merchandise and a stamp is placed so that they cannot open the merchandise |

Plate | The equipment plate is registered |
State | State where the equipment plates were issued |
Country | Country where the equipment plates were issued |
Add Seals (record new seal) | |
Seal | The stamp number is registered |

*Equipment Number | Select the number of equipment that you had previously registered in the Equipment section |
*Shipment Type | The type of shipment to be used is selected |
*SCN | Refers to the entry declared in the prefile by the brocker |
Shipment Value | It refers to the economic value of the shipment. |
*QTY | The shipment quantity |
*UOM | The unit of measure |
*Kilos | Shipment weight |
*Description | The description of the imported merchandise. It is important to always capture it in English |
*Receipt | Place where the merchandise will be received |
*Loading | Enter the place where the merchandise is being sent from |

*Shipper | The name of the one who is shipping is selected, for example who will send the merchandise in Mexico |

*Street | The street where the shipper is located |
