 Problem

Manifest rejected and error code is 457 Inv Travl Doc St/Ctry Com

 Solution

If all driver’s information is complete and correct, sometimes ACE does not accepts the VISA number that starts with the state (e.g. NVL012345678).

  1. Request the VISA number that starts with “VBUSA…”

 

Do not forget to save changes before transmission.
