Problem

Solution

To find the Trip where SCN its already filed:

     1. Go to Trips Dashboard.

     2. Select filter to "SCN", input your shipment control number into the search field.

     3  Click  "Search" button

If multiple manifest found: 

     1. Look if an accepted or released manifest already exist, if so then you have replicated an SCN in multiple trips.

If only one trip found:

     1. An emanifest in another system has been created for this SCN, ACE system will not accept your trip until the other e-Manifest is deleted.
