Billing (Account Receivables)
The Billing module has the following options:
- Catalog of Charges
- Configuration of Automatic Charges by Client
- Invoices
- Payment Receipt
- Customer Account Statement
- Invoices Reports pending Charge
- Payments Received
Catalog of Charges (Items)
To add a new charge, click on the Add button. We will open the capture screen where we must capture as minimum information, the Item number (charge) must have a maximum of 4 characters.
Configuration of Charges by Client
In the Client profile, when you download the Accounting option, you can include the Charges for Customer template, and also a repetitive charge indicating Auto in Y.
Invoices
To add a new invoice, click on the "Add" button and the initialization window of the new invoice appears. The system has three options to generate a new invoice number: you can manually enter the number you want to generate, you can automatically generate a consecutive number, and you can indicate that the invoice number is the traffic number.
Next it is required to enter a number of traffic to be invoiced. When capturing it, the system returns the client to whom the traffic is assigned. From there you click on "Create".
The system transfers the traffic information to the invoice. If you have linked the Charge, it stretches it to the part of the invoice details. The invoice also has a section of notes to include detailed information.
After recording the invoice to print on the main screen, click on the button "Print Invoice". In the system you can print multiple invoices, as well as send by mail.
Payment Receipt
Click on the Add button in the top bar to include a new payment.
There appears the screen where you enter Customer, Type of Payment, Reference Number (Check, Transfer, etc) and the total amount received.
In the next screen, the invoices related to this payment are selected.
