The cargo control portal allows access to sales representatives to create quotes, cargo control and back-up documentation of the same, such as the confirmation of the carrier fee and agreement with customers and, in addition, the Bill of Lading for the carrier.

The Freight Load Management module is linked to our billing module and payment receipt with the option of an interface to QuickBooks. The billing modules have reports of customer balances, pending charges to invoice, report of payments received among others.

Freight Load Management has the ability to initiate the process as a quote and subsequently under a customer confirmation change it to load status, when changing the quote status to load will include the load to the billing process where it will be visible as pending invoicing.

Access Control

A database of users allows access to the portal as well as the accounting system where permits and access to different modules can be configured.


Freight Load Management Dashboard

The Dashboard allows in a visual way to identify the loads that are data pendetnes and execute actions such as adding, editing, changing status and filtering information for each of the columns or by status.



"Add" Button

The add button allows adding a new charge or a quote as the case may be.


"Edit" Button

The edit button will take us to the data editing screen, where we can fill in the necessary data to generate the quotation, billing and load controls (load agreement, rate confirmation) as well as the Bill of Lading if necessary.

  • In the data header we will find the customer data, reference and amount receivable.


  • In the carrier section, cost and data are included to generate the bill of lading.

"Status" Button

With the status button we can maintain a delivery status (en route, delivered), confirmation, cancellation, when a quote is confirmed we will be asked by the customer and it will be changed to charging mode and will be visible to the billing process.

"Report" Button

It gives access to a couple of reports.
