How-To Add a Signature to IMEXNet
There are several features added to IMEXNet that allows the customization of each individual user. This can be further customized when entering the employee section of MEXNet and changing features you would like for every employee, from what modules they have access to the signature that shows. For this guide we will go over how to change the Signature for your employee catalog.
Instructions
In order to access the employee catalog, you have to go to the Utilities module and there, you'll have the option to select the Employees option. Select the employee from the list and double click on it, to open up information about that employee.
On the Employee info window, in order to add a signature to the account press the Load button on the signature field and there you can upload your Signature.
You'll need to select the image with your signature and open it. Then press the save button or save and close button and that will save the signature onto that employee account.
