Create a Shipping Order

When customer sends the shipping information (carrier & trailer info), its time to create a shipping order to include the pick orders previously created.

1. Go to “WMS” in the “IMX4” menu.

2. Click on "Dispatch"

3. Click the “Add” button, select a customer and click the “Create” button.

• Cust. Reference

Use purchase order or lot numbers shipping.

• Gross Weight

• Consignee

• Carrier Name

2. Click “Pick Orders” button, search for pick orders by purchase order, to add the pick order to shipping order drag and drop to the “Picks on Dispatch” box.

3. When done adding orders, click the “Save and Close” button.
