  1. Login in WMS2 App and go to Cycle Count module.

  1. Click button to open “New cycle count“ window.

  1. Select Warehouse, add instructions and click “Create“ button.

  1. Click to edit existing Cycle Count Inventory.

    1. Closed inventories cannot be edited.

  1. Type or scan Location and LP# fields, then click to save current LP data to Inventory.

    1. Location must have the following format: “WL“ + OID

    2. Button is available when Location Inventory fields are valid (Location and LP#).

    3. Click to clear Location Inventory fields (Location and LP#).

  1. Click to close current Inventory.

    1. When closed, process date is assigned.

  1. On returning to Cycle Count general page, if there is pending information on Location Inventory fields, the following message will show.

    1. Select "Yes" to save.

    2. Select "No" and confirm to leave Inventory detail.

  1. To process Inventory, go to IMEXNet > Logistics > Whse Inventory > Option and select Cycle Count Inventory on grid, then click Process button.

    1. Only users with "Whse Super(Del LPs,Edit LP Itms)" permission can perform the operation.

    2. Inventory must be closed first.

    3. WARNING: LPs that were not dispatched or scanned will be deleted.
