*Arrival Date

Date the trip arrives at its destination

*Arrival Port

*Conveyance

Conveyance that will cross with this trip. It can be selected from the drop-down list

Add Conveyance (it is used when a new conveyance needs to be recorded)

*Economic Number

Registration designated to the mobile unit, usually located at the door of the trucks.

*Conveyance Type

Whether the unit is a tractor, van, pickup truck or other type.

*VIN

Vehicle Identification Number or Chassis Number-Consists of 17 digits

Transponder Number

Number assigned by DTOPS. It is a sticker that is pasted on the truck.

Add Plates (the plate information is recorded in this area)

Conveyance plate number

*State

State where the plate was issued

*Country

Country where the plate was issued

 

*Driver

Name of the person driving the unit

Add Driver (in this screen a new driver can be recorded)

Check to indicate if the driver is incorporated into the government Fast program

Haz Mat License

In case hazardous material is being transported, it must have a Haz Mat License, the license ID is recorded

Certification given to the driver when assigned to a program called Fast

Driver's license registration number

State where the driver's license was issued

*VISA

The operator's VISA number is located on the back of the document. This field can be left empty as long as you add another type of Document for crossing in the Add Document section.

A type of document that is displayed in the list is selected according to the document in case of not having a visa

*Document Number

Identifying number of the document to be used

State in which the document was issued

Pickup Location

In this area the place of departure is selected

Aliases of the place where the unit starts

*Address

The address where the unit departs from is recorded

Address Continuation

It refers to the continuation of the address, this in case the registration of the address is very large

*Delivery Location

In this area you select the place of delivery

It refers to the continuation of the address, this in case the registration of the address is very large

International traffic instrument. Refers to a type of rack-style equipment, for example a team that moves cars

It is an id that the client assigns to the merchandise and a stamp is placed so that they cannot open the merchandise
