How to create a "En Route" status event.

“En Route” status events help you log a location of your shipment, this events can be then sent via EDI to your customers, providers or trade partners. To add a “En Route” status event to your load follow this instructions.

Instructions

1. Select the load you like to add a “En Route” Status event by clicking the row, row will highlight in red color .

2. Click the “X12” drop down button and click “214 Status Message”.

   Open

   

    

3. Enter information in the popup window including Date / Time, Status Code = “En Route”, City and State.
