Generate a Release

Log into system using user & password

Go to "Yard Interchanges" on "YMS" menu

Search for equipment using filter columns

To release equipment, click “RF” button

Fill out “ETP” (Estimated Time of Pickup) and Carrier who is going to pickup equipment and set Release type to “No Return”

When saved, a Release Number will be generated, to prewiew release form click on “Release Form”

How to remove a “HOLD” from an equipment

Search equipment by equipment number, make sure you select the equipment number and equipment owner.

• Click on equipment number field on column “EQUIPMENT #”
• On equipment details , click the “Remove Hold” button.

• When removed red label “EQUIPMENT ON HOLD” should be removed.
