In this document you will fin how to add/edit document labels types for eDocuments added on eVault.

Instructions

  1. Click  the settings icon on your IMEXNet right top corner
  2. Go to the "Electronic Doc Types" tab.
  3. Add/Edit the document labels as needed


Fields Description

Document - Label name for document classification.

Created  By - User who added the document label.

Module - Define in which modules the label is visible,if All modules the label will be visible in all IMEXNet Modules.

Instructions - Select this check box if want it to be visible in the "Instructions" documents sections.

Inbond Audit - Select this check bos if want use the selected "Electronic Doc Type" in the "Inbond Audit  Report", See related articles INB-RB Audit Report
