Problem

User needs to know what inbonds are missing an electronic document (eDocument)

Solution

Run  the In-bond Audit Report

  1. Go to "US Customs Clearance" and click "In-Bonds" module.
  2. Click on "Daily Rep" button
  3. Set appropriate filters.
  4. Select the "Audit Report" checkbox, if not it will display another report.
  5. Select the "Document Types" you would like to search if an In-Bond is missing the document type in the e-Vault.

Filter Fields Description

Date Filter - Date field to use as filter for the date range.

Export Filter - Filter all inbonds, only exported or without export date.

From Date - Start date

To Date - End date 

Customer -  Select a customer to filter by, if blank ("EditValue is null") will search all customers, to reset this field to blank press "CTRL + DEL" keyboard keys.

Inbond Types - Select the proper inbond type for report to filter.
