HOW TO ADD ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS
Instructions
Select module where you want to add file(s). In this example we go to “Entries” module, select an Entry and click “E-Vault” button.
Click “Add” button to insert a new document, click on “+” button to select electronic document.
Select document type.
. You may also drag and drop documents from your desktop onto the E-Docs Vault window.
Select document type.
In order to transmit the file onto DIS, select the file to transfer and then press the "DIS Transmission" button located on the top right.
The DIS window will then open. Here you need to add the following information "Send To:", "Document Label", and "Document Description". File Name and Entry should automatically fill out by themselves, but if the information is missing make sure to fill out those fields as well. After filling out all that information press the "Submit DIS" button in order to send your transmission.

To Delete a not needed document select file and click on red X. To open file select dots button(...) to open file. |
