When withdrawals are made external to the Warehouse Entry, there is a Withdrawals window where this type of exits can be registered.

Click on Blank Page to add a new Withdraw, but click “No” to add Blue Letter, (Blue Letter is to open boxes and change Quantities for damages)

Then on screen input a #Id for Withdraw and date, also Quantity for withdrwa and flag if this is the final Withdraw.
To remove the duplicates that were registered as external, select the record that has information in the "External No" column and click on the "X" button to delete.
