  1. Log into system using user & password http://eman.imexsol.com/yms

  2. Go to “Gate” Gate on “YMS” YMS menu

  3. Click on “blue square” Blue Square on “IN” IN left side or “Go” Go button

  4. Fill the following fields

    1. Owner (linea)

    2. Yard

    3. Equipment Type

    4. Equipment Number

    5. Size - Status (loaded/Emtpty) if loaded use “NA” for seal if not available.

    6. Carrier

  5. Click Save.

User can search for equipment under “Yard Interchanges” Yard Interchanges to make sure it was added.
