1. Double check conveyance’s VIN number

   1. It must be 17 digits length, avoid typos, blank spaces, and invalid characters.

2. Confirm shipper’s and consignee addresses

   1. It must be a real and complete address

      1. Format for Mexico’s address: Street name, house number, locality (colonia), zip code, city, state and country. E.g. Maclovio Herrera 3709, Col. Centro 88209, Nuevo Laredo, Tamps.

      2. Format for USA address: House number, street name, city, state, zip code, and country. E.g. 7210 McPherson Rd, Laredo, TX 78041

3. After going through steps 1 and 2, you can save changes (if any) and transmit your e-manifest again.
